Refund policy

To start a return, contact us at denise@neecyspieces.com.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  Unworn, or unused and proof of purchase.  if we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.  After we receive, inspect, and approve your item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.  

 

We have a 15 day return/exchange notification policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.  (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)
