Shipping policy

Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days AFTER your order has been processed.  Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt.  If you place an order over the weekend or holiday, the order will be processed  within 48 hours of the next business day.

Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes ALL relevant and/or required information.  The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information  (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.  

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.  

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

Neecy's Pieces, LLC is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and my vary with weather and package origin and destination.  

 

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must contact USPS.  Once your package is shipped by us it is in the USPS system and they will be able to assist you with any issues.  Neecy's Pieces is NOT under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "delivered" by USPS.   If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.  

Neecy's Pieces, LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.  We d not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
